🎄 Tree Sponsorship Options
We have two ways to sponsor a tree:
$500 — We Provide the Tree
White Mountains Helping Hands will provide the Christmas tree for you. You bring the creativity, decorations and gifts to turn it into an amazing Festival prize package!
$300 — You Provide the Tree
Want to bring your own? Absolutely!
Sponsor-provided trees must be:
- Brand new
- Pre-lit
- 6 feet tall
This helps us keep the Festival looking beautiful and ensures every winner takes home a brand-new tree.
🎁 What Is a Sponsored Tree?
A sponsored tree is more than a Christmas tree!
Sponsors decorate their tree and surround it with unwrapped gifts, merchandise, gift certificates, experiences or other goodies that create an exciting prize package for Festival guests.
Guests can see everything included with the tree and decide which trees they would love the chance to take home.
⭐ IMPORTANT: ALL GIFTS MUST BE UNWRAPPED
Please do not wrap the gifts included with your tree.
We want Festival guests to be able to clearly see everything they could win. Gift baskets, decorative containers, bows, ribbons, cellophane and creative displays are welcome — we just ask that the actual gifts remain visible and unwrapped.
🎁 MINIMUM GIFT VALUE: $200
All trees must include a minimum of $200 in unwrapped gifts, merchandise, gift certificates and/or experiences.

This is where you can have fun! Your tree and gifts can follow a theme, showcase your business, or simply create an amazing Christmas package.

Get creative! The more fun and eye-catching your tree package is, the more attention it can receive during the Festival.
✨ Decorating Your Tree
Sponsors are encouraged to make their tree festive, creative and memorable.
Your decorations can coordinate with your gifts, represent your business or organization, or simply celebrate Christmas in your own unique way.
Please make sure decorations and gifts are securely displayed and that any certificates, services or experiences are clearly identified so guests know exactly what is included.
🛠️ Setup Day
The Elks Lodge will be open all day on Friday, November 20, 2026 (the Friday prior to the event) for sponsors to decorate and set up their trees.
🎟️ What Happens at the Festival?
Festival guests will have the opportunity to view the trees and their accompanying gifts and enter for the trees they would most love to win.
At the end of the evening, winners receive the tree AND all of the gifts displayed with it!
Your sponsorship doesn't just create a great prize — it helps White Mountains Helping Hands continue supporting programs, organizations and families right here in the White Mountains.
